A Legacy of Research and Discovery
Mr. Casey is widely recognized for his climate research where he asserts the Sun may be the primary cause of climate change, as detailed in his three science books (Cold Sun, Dark Winter, and Upheaval!). These works stem from his peer reviewed research paper which created the Relational Cycle Theory, or RC Theory. While the established scientific consensus is that mankind’s greenhouse gasses are the leading cause of climate change, Mr. Casey’s minority hypothesis continues to gain supporters in the public and scientific community.
In addition to Mr. Casey’s peer reviewed research and support from other scientists internationally, Newsmax Media recognized the importance of Cold Sun in 2014. Newsmax acquired the rights, had the book improved, and republished as Dark Winter in 2015. At the same time, Newsmax created a one-hour television documentary on Mr. Casey and the book. It became an Amazon bestseller during July and August 2015 across multiple categories, including climate change, astronomy and astrophysics, weather, and Earth science.
As a former Senior Field Engineer on the Space Shuttle program, he was asked on multiple occasions to provide space program advice to the House of Representatives Science Committee, NASA Headquarters, and the White House. During his most productive climate research period (2007-2017), he was President/founder of the private research organization, the Space and Science Research Center (SSRC). During this time, he also co-founded a second private research company, the International Earthquake and Volcano Prediction Center (IEVPC). Both organizations had teams of contributing scientists from the fields of climatology, seismology, and volcanology.

Works of Dr. Robert Williscroft
Dr. Robert G. Williscroft is a retired submarine officer, deep-sea and saturation diver, scientist, author of 23 books and hundreds of articles, and a lifelong adventurer. He spent 22 months underwater, a year in the equatorial Pacific, three years in the Arctic ice pack, and a year at the Geographic South Pole. He holds degrees in Marine Physics and Meteorology and a doctorate for developing a system to protect SCUBA divers in contaminated water. A prolific author of both non-fiction, submarine technothrillers, and hard science fiction, he lives in Centennial, Colorado.
Dr. Williscroft is a member of Colorado Author’s League, Independent Association of Science Fiction & Fantasy Authors, Science Fiction Writers of America, Libertarian Futurist Society, Los Angeles Adventurers’ Club, Mensa, Military Officer’s Association, American Legion, US Sub Vets, and the NRA, and now spends most of his time writing his next book, speaking to various regional groups, and hanging out with the girl of his dreams, Jill, and her two cats.
